The App facilitates PSTN-to-PSTN call connectivity through authorized telecom carrier networks.
The App does not provide end-user VoIP calling services. Any internal signaling or extension mechanisms are used only for service operation, and all outbound calls are completed via PSTN networks.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 User Information
We may collect:
registered mobile number
basic account identifiers (user ID, profile status)
device information required for app functionality
For operational, regulatory, compliance, and security purposes, we may process and store the following information:
call timestamps and call duration
call routing and signaling metadata
usage frequency and activity patterns
Call recordings may be created and retained where permitted or required by applicable law for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, dispute resolution, or lawful requests.
Access to call recordings is strictly restricted, and recordings are retained only for the period necessary to meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.
Where required by law, users are informed that calls may be recorded.
Information is processed only to:
provide and operate the Service
enforce profile-level usage limits
ensure service reliability and fair usage
detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse
comply with telecom, legal, or regulatory obligations
respond to user support requests
Call duration and usage controls are pre-configured and enforced at the user profile level within our system. These controls cannot be modified by users and are applied to ensure platform integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
To protect users, carriers, and the Service:
usage patterns may be monitored for abnormal behavior
verified user reports or carrier alerts may trigger review
If fraud, spam, or misuse is detected or reported, we may restrict, suspend, or deactivate the specific user or number involved. Enforcement actions are limited to the affected account only.
Users may contact support to request a review of enforcement actions.
We do not sell personal data.
Data may be shared only:
with authorized telecom carriers for call completion
with service providers strictly necessary to operate the App
when required by law, regulation, or lawful authority
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for:
service operation
billing and reconciliation
security, fraud prevention, and compliance
legal or regulatory obligations
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
Depending on applicable law, users may request:
