Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Tradecall and Airphone mobile applications (“App”, “Service”), operated by Airson Telecom Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App facilitates PSTN-to-PSTN call connectivity through authorized telecom carrier networks.

The App does not provide end-user VoIP calling services. Any internal signaling or extension mechanisms are used solely for service operation, and all outbound calls are completed via PSTN networks.

2. Usage Controls & Limits

2.1 Profile-Level Limits

Call duration, usage frequency, and other operational limits are pre-configured and enforced at the user profile level within our system.

Users cannot modify, increase, or bypass these limits from within the App.

Each active call is subject to a maximum duration of up to 60 minutes, in accordance with telecom carrier (PSTN) default limits.

2.2 Purpose of Limits

These controls are implemented to ensure:

  • fair usage

  • service reliability

  • network stability

  • regulatory and carrier compliance

Limits may be adjusted only through internal administrative processes based on compliance, risk assessment, or operational requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Service for:

  • spam or unsolicited calling

  • fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities

  • harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior

  • robocalling or misuse of telecom networks

  • any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or telecom policies

4. Fraud, Spam & Misuse Handling

4.1 Detection & Reporting

To protect users, carriers, and the Service, the system may respond to:

  • abnormal or suspicious usage patterns

  • verified user complaints

  • carrier or regulatory alerts

4.2 Enforcement Actions

If misuse, fraud, or spam activity is detected or reported, we may take reasonable protective actions including:

  • call restriction

  • temporary suspension

  • deactivation of the specific user account or number involved

All enforcement actions are limited to the affected account or number only.

4.3 Review & Support

Users may contact our support team to request a review of enforcement actions. Where appropriate and following verification, access may be restored.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • lawful and compliant use of the Service

  • maintaining the confidentiality and security of their registered account and number

  • promptly reporting unauthorized use or suspicious activity

6. Service Availability

Service availability depends on telecom carrier networks and technical conditions. Availability may be affected by maintenance activities, network congestion, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
