Agreement
By installing, accessing or using an Airson application, you agree to these terms, applicable service agreements and laws. If an organization provides your account, its administrator may control access and settings.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, violate intellectual property rights, transmit unlawful content or use communication features in breach of consent, telecom, privacy or marketing laws.
Calling, messaging and recordings
You and your organization are responsible for obtaining required notices and consents for calls, messages, recordings and stored customer data. Availability of a feature does not replace your compliance obligations.
Services, updates and third parties
Features may depend on internet, telecom networks, device capability and third-party services. We may issue updates, modify features or perform maintenance to preserve security and reliability.
Intellectual property
The application, branding, software and documentation belong to Airson or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for authorized business purposes.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, security risk, contractual expiry, unlawful use or breach of these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
