Privacy in Airson applications
Airson applications may process account, device and communication information needed to provide cloud calling, customer engagement, reporting and support features.
Information we may process
- Account details such as name, business email, phone number, company and user role.
- Device and diagnostic data such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs and timestamps.
- Communication metadata required for service delivery, including call status, duration, routing, agent activity and business records configured by your organization.
- Support messages and information you choose to submit.
Device permissions
Depending on enabled features, the app may request microphone, phone, notification, contacts, Bluetooth or storage permissions. Permissions are used only for the relevant feature and can be controlled through device settings, although disabling one may limit functionality.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, deliver requested communication functions, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, provide reports, support customers and improve reliability.
Security and sharing
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data may be shared with contracted infrastructure or service providers only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations or protect users and Airson.
Retention
Information is retained for the period required by the customer’s service configuration, contractual obligations, applicable regulation or legitimate operational needs, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting your organization administrator or emailing info@airsontelecom.in.
